TechHub
Enterprise B2B SaaS Platform · Robert Bosch GmbH · 2024–2025
Overview
TechHub is an internal enterprise platform built at Robert Bosch GmbH to digitalize the global supplier evaluation process for the Purchasing Department. Before TechHub, teams relied on disconnected Excel files, manual email chains, and paper questionnaires — no shared visibility, no central system.
I worked as a UX/UI Designer in an agile team of 6 (1 UX Lead, 2 project managers, 2 developers), responsible for wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, design system application, prototyping, and usability testing.

Problem Statement & Hypotheses
Professionals across departments needed a reliable, role-specific way to find, filter, and verify suppliers, without switching between disconnected tools or relying on manual communication.
Key Hypotheses:
- We believed that role-specific dashboards would reduce confusion by surfacing only the information relevant to each user type.
- Our team hypothesized that a multi-layer filtering system would significantly speed up supplier identification compared to the existing spreadsheet-based approach.
- We assumed that centralizing supplier data in one platform would improve cross-departmental collaboration, a hypothesis later validated through usability testing.
My Role and Contributions
- Wireframing — low and mid-fidelity wireframes in Figma, iterated with team feedback
- High-Fidelity Design — 90+ UI pages following Bosch’s design system (components, tokens, spacing)
- Prototyping — interactive prototypes for validation, usability tests, and developer handoff, within agile sprints
- Usability Testing — planned and conducted 24 tests with colleagues from 10+ countries, documented findings, and translated them into design improvements
- Due to the confidential nature of the project, specific research data cannot be shared publicly; however, the process involved structured analysis of user needs across multiple professional roles
