TechHub

Enterprise B2B SaaS Platform · Robert Bosch GmbH · 2024–2025

At Robert Bosch GmbH, I contributed to the design of TechHub, a secure, web-based platform that helps professionals across global teams streamline supplier selection and validation.

The project involved navigating real complexity: diverse user roles, confidential enterprise data, and strict brand guidelines, all while keeping the experience intuitive and efficient. My work spanned research translation, information architecture, wireframing, high-fidelity design in Figma, and usability testing with international teams.

The result was a role-specific platform that reduced friction in daily workflows and received positive feedback from users worldwide

Heritage in Motion

UX Research · Storytelling · Visitor Journey Mapping

🏅 Nominated and selected to present – Best Master’s Thesis of 2025

How can a small heritage museum create emotionally engaging visitor experiences without high-tech installations?

I designed and conducted a three-stage longitudinal study (70+ participants) — capturing visitor mindset before, during, and two months after their visit. Combined with on-site observation, qualitative interviews, and the adapted 4Es framework, the research led to 5 detailed visitor personas, full visitor journey maps, and a three-phase improvement roadmap grounded in real data.

Methods: Survey design · Qualitative research · Persona development · Journey mapping · Heritage storytelling
